Paris‘e Ocak 20’de iş için uçtuk…4 günlük yoğun çalışma sırasında havalimanında kaldığımız otelden kapı önünü görmedik. Cuma öğlen işimiz bitti. Çıktık. Ve 4 günlük Paris ziyafeti başladı… Sizlere gün be gün Paris‘te yaptıklarımızı anlatacağım… İlk gün Midye resitali ile başlıyorum… Malum Belçika ve Fransa tencerede haşlanmış midyede çok başarılı.
We flew to Paris on 20th of January for business and since we were so busy working; we didn’t even step off of the hotel. We were done by Friday afternoon and we were finally free to begin the feast of Paris… I will tell you about our Paris trip day by day.I started the first day with the feast of mussels… You know, Belgium and France are known for their boiled mussels.

Ben sadece Leon usulü midyeyi tercih ettim. Yanında kocaman biralar… Patates kızartması da yanında gelmeden olmaz, Fransız hardalı ile tabiki… Midyeler küçük. Bir tencere anca obur birini doyurabiliyor. Ama çok lezzetli… Bir tencere Midye 13-19 Euro arası değişiyor. Çok aç değilseniz iki kişi rahatlıkla paylaşılabilir…
I preferred simple Leon style mussels and massive bears… It was a must to have fries with it and of course, French mustard. Mussels were small, the pot could only make someone full who was really hungry. But still they were really delicious and a pot of mussels cost 13-19 EUR. If you are not starving, two people can easily share.
Parise gidip Midye yemeden gelmeyin derim. Tabi birde Deniz ürünleri tabağı… İstridyeler, karideslerin soğuk tepside (buz üzerinde servis edildiği)…
Don’t come back from Paris not eating mussels. Also seafood dish where the oysters and the shrimps are serves on an iced plate…
