Kotor ve Kotor koyu Karadağ‘a başlı başına gitme nedeniniz olabilir. Kotor Unesco kültür mirası koruması altında bir şehir.

Kotor and Kotor bay is already a reason to go to Karadag. Kotor is a city which is under the protection of Unesco for cultural heritage.

Marinanın yanında bulunan otoparka arabamızı bırakıp, yapımı 1555 yılında şehrin kapısından içeri giriyoruz.

We left our car at the carpark next to marina and entered the door of the city that was built in 1555.

Şehir o zamanlar Venediklilerin egemenliği altında, İtalyan izlerini her yerde görebiliyorsunuz. Şehrin kapısının üzerinde nazilerden kurtuluşunu simgeleyen yıldız  ve Tito’dan alıntı var.

The city was under control of Venetians in old times and you can clearly see the effect of Italians. There is a star on the door of the city signing that it survived from the Nazis and a quotation from Tito.

İlk işimiz meydanda bulunan otelin kafesine oturup, gelip geçen insanları seyrederken kahvelerimizi yudumlamak oluyor. Kale içi labirent şeklinde. Kiliseler, taş evler, restoranlar ve müzeler her köşede karşımıza çıkıyor.

Our first stop was to sit down at the coffee house of the center hotel and drink our coffees while watching people on the street. Inside of the tower is in the shape of a labyrinth. The churches, stone houses, restaurants and museums are on every corner. 

En eski yapılardan biri olan Katolik kilisesi 12 yüzyılda inşaa edilmiş. Bir sokaktan otekine dalıp kayboluyoruz. Kale içinin güney kapısından çıkınca köprü ve altından akan doğal kaynak karşınıza çıkıyor. Biz her zaman yaptığımız gibi kale içinin sokaklarına kendimizi bırakıp kayboluyoruz.

One of the oldest buildings, the Catholic Church was built in 12^th century. We went one street to another and when you take the south door of the tower, you reach the bridge and the natural resource under it. As every time we do, we went into the streets and lost ourselves.

Gündüz geldiğimiz Kotor‘a akşam da geri gelip marina’nın karşısında bulunan Galion restoranda yemek yemğe karar veriyoruz. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir Kotor‘un en güzel restoranı, karsınızda aydınlatılmış Lovcen dağı, marina , arkasında şehrin duvarları… Çok keyifli.

 We decided to come to Kotor again in the evening and have dinner at Galion Restaurant across the marina. It is strongly recommended and it is the best restaurant in Kotor with its shining Lovcen mountain, marina and on the back of it the walls of the city… It is simply so much fun.

Kotor akşam saatlerinde de ayrı güzel. Taş sokaklar aydınlatılmış çok romantik. Kotor kesinlikle Unesco listesinde olmayı hak eden bir şehir.

Kotor was also so beautiful on the evening times. The stone streets were lightened up and it was so romantic. Kotor is definitely a city that deserves to be on the list of Unesco.
